First day of Jo'burg fashion week,it started yesterday 15th Feb 2011
MINETTE MEYER was up first,i love the purple touch,the feathers....saw a wedding gown with this and am in love,i might just have one made..but moving along, the designer graduated top of her class at Hyde Park-based Spero Villioti Elite Design Academy
Second up was Melita Ngoasheng
The collection was inspired by the colors of nature and balance of life. Designer, Melita Ngoasheng wanted to create something that has never been seen before. By dying the fabrics to form the shape of the ocean, waves, green grass and trees and shading them with brush painting to create the illusion of volume..
