The 1st edition of Fashionist Kenya,which is responsible for the international fashion fair running from today17th march till 20th march 2011 ;will bring together around 50 exhibitors and 7000 visitors from all over Africa and the World so to speak.
What to expect? Ladieswear, menswear, childrenswear, knitwear, jeanswear, leatherwear, swimwear, lingerie and underwear, leather products, shoes, fashion accessories. Someone say Heaven please.Everything you could ever want under one roof.
The four day fair will be opened from 10.00am to 06.00pm.The fair brings together potential visitors including importers, textile manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, boutiques, department stores, buying agents, fashion designers, and other industry players.
Do pop in at the KICC and see what you can get for yourself,friends family and loved ones...

When is the best day?
I was there, I really expected to see several local fashion houses but was heavily disappointed!
i hear you Ryk...next time you should have a stall.hope they plan something more local like the Nairobi fashion market..that was much better.
